well, beside this, I would like give you a useful critique here because I don't like posting "omg that's so epic!" comments without actually saying something useful about the image... but I'm afraid this time the image is actually perfect as it is... Wow.
Very good work considering it isn't your main field, top notch quality on both the goblin and his surroundings. Great detailing and design of the armor, the cloak is excellent, so well done, keep it up.
The details look great! My favorite part has to be the cape and his face!
The poison glow of the weapons is also a really cool effect, though how he is holding the daggers seems a bit strange, and I feel like we should see more of the hilt peeking out from the other end of his hand. Just a minor nitpick, the overall feel of the image is awesome
This is quite the impressive piece. The daggers are very well done in the way you wrap the glow around them using those arcs of green energy and the motion blur on the second is quite nice. The shoulder plate gives him a certain air of ferocity thanks to the canine appearance and thousand yard stare the eyes seem to have.
The cape is one of my favorite parts both in the gemstone (seeming to be mirrored somewhat with the bracer) and also the way it flows, hiding the majority of his body and generating a certain air of menace along with it. You did a great job with his face using those small details like the cuts on his lips and what appears to be five o'clock shadow around his mouth. The rings in his nose are a nice little extra feature as well though its curious how they don't have much of a shine to them.
A great piece. The way the background frames him with the trees and the way the ground dips slightly do an excellent job of putting the focus on him.
